As a Haag Certified Residential Roof Inspector, Mr. Gray evaluates residential roof coverings to determine the condition of the roof. This evaluation process results in conclusions including the need for specific repairs or replacement of the roof coverings, the presence of weather related damage, flawed initial construction or flawed installation, and estimated repair or replacement costs.
